Jarvio Affiliate Program: PartnerStack Facts Reference

Internal reference for anyone building, maintaining, or updating the Jarvio affiliate landing page or FAQ. All facts verified against PartnerStack's official documentation (April 2026).

This is NOT for the affiliate landing page itself. It's the source of truth behind the claims on the page.

Payout Schedule

• Affiliates earn and accrue commissions from the 1st to the last day of each month.
• At month-end, PartnerStack generates an invoice and sends it to Jarvio for review.
• Jarvio has a 7-day review window to approve or adjust commissions.
• The invoice is charged around the 7th-8th of the following month.
• After payment clears, commissions become available for affiliates to withdraw. This is typically around the 13th of the following month.
• ACH payments take up to 5 days to process. Credit card payments process same-day.
• Bottom line: commissions earned in January are typically available to withdraw around February 13th.

Minimum Withdrawal

• $5 USD. If the balance is under $5 after fees, it stays as "Pending" until they earn more.
• All available commissions must be withdrawn in a single transaction. Partial withdrawals are not supported.

Payout Methods

Affiliates choose from three options:

1. PayPal — Available in 200+ countries. Processing fees apply (set by PayPal).
2. Stripe — Withdraws to bank account. Fee: $2.25 + 0.25% per payout (max $20 USD).
3. Direct Deposit (via Airwallex) — Delivery within 2-5 business days. Fees vary by country and currency. SWIFT transfers have higher fees than local rails.

All processing fees are deducted automatically and shown in the affiliate's Commissions tab.

Cookie Duration

• 90 days from the last click.
• If the prospect clicks the referral link again, the 90-day window resets.
• Cookies are first-party (set via HTTP, not third-party scripts).
• Tracking requires the customer to sign up on the same browser and device they clicked from. Cross-device/cross-browser attribution is not supported.

Attribution Model

• Last-click attribution is the standard.
• The most recent affiliate link clicked before signup gets credit for the referral.

Commission Currency

• Jarvio can pay commissions in USD or EUR.
• Affiliates can withdraw in their local currency through their chosen payout method. Currency conversion is handled by the payout provider.

Unclaimed Commissions

• Commissions not withdrawn within 2 years incur a monthly late fee of 8.33%.
• Late fees are applied until withdrawal or until 3 years, at which point the balance goes to $0.
• Affiliates should withdraw regularly to avoid this.

Fraud Protection

• PartnerStack automatically scans all partner applications and transactions.
• Suspicious or flagged activity is blocked before payouts are released.
• Jarvio can dispute flagged transactions to unblock legitimate commissions.

Affiliate Dashboard

Partners get real-time visibility into:

• Clicks
• Signups
• Active referred customers
• Pending commissions (currently accruing)
• Available funds (ready to withdraw)
• Payout history
• Projected earnings by time period

Commission Review

• Jarvio reviews and approves commissions before they're paid out.
• Commissions can be manually put on hold if there's suspected fraud or an issue with a referral.
• Once paid out, commissions cannot be taken back (except via PartnerStack's clawback process for specific disputes).

Tax Information

• Affiliates must submit tax information before their first withdrawal, regardless of payout method.
• This is handled within the PartnerStack dashboard.
