This first lesson covers the three things every new user should understand before building anything of their own.
The agent, your connected data, and Flows are the three pieces that make Jarvio work. The agent carries out your request, it reads from the accounts you have connected, and Flows turn a one-off request into something that repeats automatically.
Once you understand these three pieces, the rest of University builds directly on them.
